Custom Electronics Design
 
 We have a full design shop capable of designing and building electronic prototypes and small runs of specialty electronic  items, typically from 1 to 25 items.  We have the capability of making in-house circuit boards in small quantities quickly.  We can make small aluminum enclosures on site with sheet-metal cutting, bending, painting and decals in-house.  The photo to the left is typical of the types of prototypes we do in house.  We do assembly of small numbers of units on site with quick turnaround a specialty.  For larger runs we would outsource the PC boards and cabinets and have working arrangements with several suppliers.

Some of the items we have made:  custom PID controllers, RF remote-control units, custom test instruments, calibrators, receivers, transmitters, bio-medical instruments used in research and many others.
